Challenge 31 Eggcellent--Make an Easter Themed Project

Here I made 2 single page layouts...I just changed the look a little for each one..I used the cut to length feature for the grass...(I used 3 pcs each..LOL..because I wasn't using a 12x12 page..so I cut them at 6 inches each but they were still just a little short for 2) I used my CB for some embossing.. I may remove the egg on the one and use that spot for adding the year and plan to add the year to the other above the one bunny...

Tyler 11th Grade

Here is another layout I did for Tyler's book..the photos are from the first day of school this year..hard to believe that he is already a junior..LOL! Time flies! I had bought those stickers one day at M's and couldn't wait to use them and thought they would be perfect on this layout!! I also just ripped the patterned paper then inked the edges a little..and again used my CB to emboss the photo mats..What do you think?

First Car Layout!!

I finally took some time earlier this week to make a couple layouts for my son's book..the first one I used some DCWV Rockstar paper..I actually cut a piece in half so the swirls were on one side and the guitar on the other...then used a plain black pc of cardstock for the background. I had bought some Jolee's embellishments and added those to it. The font is from Learning Curve..one of my favorite fonts to use on my son's pages...I used my CB to emboss the photo mats and then some eyelets to attach the pics to them..

Easter Card

So I have really enjoyed making these stair cards!! So this year I decided to make 4 Easter themed stair cards...I used my Easter 2010 cart and some flocking!! This was the first time I used flocking this much..I have used it on bunny's ears before..I used my CB for embossing the grass in the front..

#30 – The Woman challenge

At Just Buggin..the weekly challenge is to create something for a woman! Well..only a lady can have a baby so here is a card I made for a friend of mine who is having twins...I used the New Arrival cart and cut the pieces at a variety of different sizes to fill the "steps" on the card. Added a little ribbon, some stickles, a flower with a button..the card is complete! They are very easy to make and I think they are a lot of fun! I am enjoying these cards a lot so you will be seeing more made by me!!

Challenge 28 Going Green! Create a St. Patrick's Day project

Cartridges Used: PDDU

Special tips: I used a rather large "pop dot" to have my little leprechaun pop out!! I cut him at 3 inches, I also used the same cart for my shamrock and went around the edges with stickles. I used Peachy Keen stamps for his face. The corners were made by using a hand punch.
